We create opportunities that deserve decent employment. Help us.
«1,2 millones de niños no tienen acceso a la educación en Honduras.»
LAHAT
Our social microbusiness. In which students who have graduated from the Technical Studies in Glass Art can carry out paid internships, where they prepare orders, work in marketing, and handle customer relations. The remaining profits return to the Glass School, so that more young people can have the same opportunities as these ex-students did.
FOOD TRUCK
Our microbusiness for the Technical Studies in Cooking and Tourism.
In which students who have graduated from the Technical Studies can carry out paid internships. They attend events, fulfill delivery orders, and organize delicious meals. The same as Lahat, the remaining profits go to the Glass School so that more young people can have the same opportunity as they did.
OTHERS
Apart from our own job placement projects for the school’s students, we are always looking for other projects within the city or communities that help promote entrepreneurship and job placement for alumni, students in their final year, or the parents of students from the School.
With microloans, we help to boost new business ideas, and through the Local Employment Board, we learn about available job positions and the type of education that companies are looking for.
Honduras has a 60% unemployment and job precarity rate.

LAHAT
Once the students of the Glass School have graduated from the Technical Studies in Glass Art, they have the option to join our social microbusiness, Lahat. Where their work is compensated, and directly correlated to how many hours and orders they fulfill.
The remaining percentage of the profits go back to the School so that more young people in their same situation can have access to the quality education as they did.
In recent years, we have made great progress on this project. Thanks to volunteers who have come from different parts of Latin America, we have managed to form a group of true professionals to aid our students. The orders we receive are increasingly larger and much better.
FOOD TRUCK
Just like with the Lahat brand, being able to assist students with better job placement was one of our greatest concerns.
Students who graduate from the Technical Studies in Cooking and Tourism can access paid internships in our Food Truck, where they cater events for private companies and celebrations.
Thanks to this project, students can understand how a business operates, interact with customers, and help give back a little of what they have received from the school.
Development Microloans
Our social support fund for former students of the School that offers support in two areas: youth entrepreneurship and job training.
It operates through microcredits, with zero interest, and is currently sustained by repayments.
The beneficiaries are currently repaying the fund so that other young people can have the same opportunity as they did.
Alumni Project
A program that allows students in Lahat or the Food Truck to do internships outside of Honduras or at other institutions, thereby enriching their work experience.
It started as a project for former students, but now that the School and its technical training have gained recognition, we are trying to ensure that current students can also be part of this project, where they do internships in other workshops or restaurants, both in Honduras and in neighbouring countries.
Local Employment Board
Being part of the Local Employment Board is one of the significant achievements of Elisa Martínez, the Headmistress of the School.
Being part of this project means being part of a network of foundations and social entities that communicate and share educational projects, job placement initiatives, and the creation of new employment.
Many of our students have found jobs thanks to the involvement of Elisa and José Luis, the Head of Studies at the School.
