{"id":1361,"date":"2018-05-30T13:49:11","date_gmt":"2018-05-30T11:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fundacionveron.org\/?p=1361"},"modified":"2023-08-28T12:44:08","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T10:44:08","slug":"fpdual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacionveron.org\/en\/fpdual\/","title":{"rendered":"Una opci\u00f3n prometedora: La FP Dual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Formaci\u00f3n Profesional (en adelante FP) hace unos a\u00f1os quiso minimizar la brecha existente entre lo que necesitan las empresas y lo que ofrece el sistema de ense\u00f1anza. As\u00ed naci\u00f3 la <\/span><b>FP Dual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una modalidad en la que el centro educativo y la empresa se corresponsabilizan de la formaci\u00f3n del aprendiz, la cual se realiza en r\u00e9gimen de alternancia. Se abr\u00eda una nueva <strong>puerta hacia el mercado laboral<\/strong>. La teor\u00eda es fant\u00e1stica y ha funcionado en todas partes (nosotros importamos el modelo alem\u00e1n) excepto en algunos pa\u00edses como el nuestro, donde se va afianzando poco a poco, pero, ni con un paro entre los menores de 25 a\u00f1os de m\u00e1s del 36 % en el primer trimestre del 2018 (y eso que dicen que la econom\u00eda va mejor) parece tenerse en cuenta como alternativa real. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u00bfFalta de informaci\u00f3n? Hay una combinaci\u00f3n de factores que hacen que no prospere lo r\u00e1pido que debiera en nuestro pa\u00eds:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su regulaci\u00f3n recae sobre cada una de las CCAA, esto es, hay 17 legislaciones diferentes m\u00e1s Ceuta y Melilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generalmente la responsabilidad de encontrar empresas que quieran formar a los aprendices recae sobre el profesor del centro que ofrece FPD y no siente reconocida su labor por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interinidad de los profesores<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falta de disponibilidad y formaci\u00f3n de los tutores en las empresas para implicarse en la formaci\u00f3n del estudiante<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00fan con estas trabas y dado el \u00e9xito de los resultados, las perspectivas son buenas y seg\u00fan se vayan limando las trabas iniciales, el crecimiento ser\u00e1 exponencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridge4mobility.com\/es\/la-situacion-de-la-fp-dual-en-espana-frente-a-europa-p\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e1fica tomada del blog de Bridge for Mobility<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La<strong> FP Dual<\/strong> representa una opci\u00f3n diferente que, si se hace bien, genera beneficios para todos y, lo m\u00e1s importante, <strong>crea empleo joven<\/strong>.
