Les mostramos un bonito video en el que nuestro querido chef experimenta la vida en\u00a0El Progreso, y nuestra comida junto al Chef Gustavo. Una verdadera alegr\u00eda poder contar contigo #Julius<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Our loyal and close friend Julius visited us last June 2015. He showed us an interesting video in which our beloved chef experienced life in El Progreso, and our food alongside Gustavo the Chef. A real joy to have with you #Julius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras ir a buscar a Gustavo al Cebtro T\u00e9cnico Loyola, Julius fue a tomar Baleadas al centro de la ciudad y a la barber\u00eda. En todo momento compartiendo sus ideas y su visi\u00f3n para el desarrollo de un nuevo plan de estudios en Gastronom\u00eda, Hoteler\u00eda y Turismo que se gestione de forma autosostenible y de oportunidades a nuestros j\u00f3venes para tener un trabajo en el futuro o bien sean emprendedores y creadores de empleo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">After going to find Gustavo in the Technical Centre of Loyola, Julius went to take Baleadas (A traditional Honduran dish) to the centre of the city and to the barber. He continuously shared his ideas and his vision for the development of a new plan for studies in Gastronomy, Hospitality and Tourism which manages itself in a self-sustainable way and creates opportunities for our young people to have a job in the future or further become entrepreneurs and creators of jobs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los j\u00f3venes son el futuro de Honduras, si ellos progresan, la comunidad lo har\u00e1.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008000;\">The young people are the future of Honduras, if they improve, the community will too.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"El Chef Julius en El Progreso, HONDURAS\" width=\"1060\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xfB64i31g7c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1311 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.escueladelvidrio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DSC_0324-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0324\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/>El chef Julius visit\u00f3 el proyecto Escuela del Vidrio el pasado junio de 2015 para dar apoyo a la celebraci\u00f3n de la inauguraci\u00f3n del edificio de la Escuela del Vidrio en Camalote. \u00a0Estuvo trabajando junto al Chef Gustavo, un chef hondure\u00f1o conocido en la zona que trabaja con j\u00f3venes en dificultades para ense\u00f1arles el oficio de Gastronom\u00eda. Actualmente el Chef Gustavo es coordinador de la nueva \u00e1rea de Estudios T\u00e9cnicos en Gastronom\u00eda, Hoteler\u00eda y Turismo en la Escuela del Vidrio a la vez que sigue colaborando y trabajando con los j\u00f3venes del Instituto Loyola de Fe y Alegr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Julius the Chef visited the Escuela del Vidrio project last June 2015 to offer his help towards the celebration of the opening of the Escuela del Vidrio building in Camalote. He was working alongside Gustavo the Chef, a well-known Honduran chef in an area who works with young children with difficulties, to teach them the profession of Gastronomy. Nowadays Gustavo the chef is a coordinator in the new department of Technical Studies in Gastronomy, Hospitality and Tourism in the Escuela del Vidrio, simultaneously collaborating and working with the young people in the Loyola Institute of Faith and Happiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1323 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.escueladelvidrio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/COCINA7-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"COCINA7\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/>Julius organiz\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes y se coordin\u00f3 con Gutsavo para realizar un precioso c\u00f3ctail para los invitados al evento de Inauguraci\u00f3n. Fue todo un \u00e9xito tanto para invitados como para los j\u00f3venes que terabajaron junto a Julius, ya que aprendieron much\u00edsimo de \u00e9l. Les motiv\u00f3, les abri\u00f3 la mente a nuevas metas y a la lucha por un cambio a trav\u00e9s del trabajo duro y del continuo aprendizaje.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Julius coordinated with Gustavo and organized for the children to make a lovely cocktail for the guests at the opening event. The event was a big success for the guests as well as the children who worked with Julius, and they learned a lot from him.
