A LETTER FROM HONDURAS – by Maycol Guardado, student from Escuela del Vidrio

El Progreso, Yoro

October 29th 2015

Hello,

My name is Maycol Ramón Guardado Gonzáles and I am a student of first year of Glass Techniques Studies at the School of Glass of Honduras. My classroom is 1º A. The reason for this note is to tell you a little resume about how was my start in this school in my first year.

Since I started and until today, I am satisfied by my achievements. But has not been easy because I had no idea about the Glass business. Nevertheless, with the help of my teachers, who are prepared to teach us, it ended up gratefully.

Our teachers give us the confidence to express ourselves, they take in to account any detail however small it maybe. They are motivated to go forward with our dreams, and we always have good intentions in our lives.

As students in a Technical School, we need to work in both: the classroom and in the workshop with the raw material for the workshop exercises.

The School of Glass has led us recreational spaces for the purpose of improving coexistence between classmates and friends. We greatly appreciate everything that teachers do for us.

Because all this, today I want to thank you for the best gift that I receive, my education to improve my future!
